Parents 1st UK: Essex Services
We offer 1:1 peer support from pregnancy up to the first few months of becoming a parent, and a range of groups and workshops to expectant and new parents.
We DO accept self-referrals and referrals from any healthcare professional.
Peer to Parent Network
The Peer to Parent Network assists parents across the whole of Essex to access peer support during pregnancy, birth and the first year after the birth of a baby.
We DO NOT take self-referrals.
Parents must be referred via EPUT's Perinatal Mental Health Team.
Young Parents 1st UK
Young Parents 1st UK offers peer support during pregnancy and up to 24 months after the birth to parents aged 20 and under across Essex. Request 1:1 support or come along to a Young Parent Club.
We DO accept self-referrals and referrals from any healthcare professional.
