What does your implementation plan need to include?

Your implementation plan needs to include everything that needs to be done to deliver your programme in your local area – as well as what ‘good’ looks like for each element.  This is crucial and often overlooked. It can make the difference between failure and success.

It will describe:

It's important that these ingredients are assessed as you go on to set up, deliver and review your programme - to monitor progress and make continuous improvements.
