In conjunction with Nottingham's Mental Health Awareness Week With-you are putting on a series of online Taster Sessions which spotlight key fundamental principles required for working from a lived experience perspective.
These sessions cover peer support awareness, personal wellbeing, personal boundaries and story sharing, and making use of resilience based supervision and reflective practice.
- Taster Session 1 - An introduction to including the definition and boundaries of the peer supporter role, language, and reflective practice
Monday 10th October, 3.00-4.30pm - Taster Session 2 - Wellbeing including taking care of ourselves and supporting other people
Tuesday 11th October, 3.00-4.30pm - Taster Session 3 - Stigma and discrimination, including our personal boundaries of sharing our experiences
Wednesday 12th October, 10.30-12.00pm - Taster Session 4 - The context of our work setting, including making use of supervision
Thursday 13th October, 10.30-12.00pm
