Motherdom magazine launch a new survey for parents in the UK

The impact from coronavirus is understandably taking a toll on many people's health and wellbeing. From feelings of anxiety through to frustration, boredom and loneliness, it's affecting people in different ways. It is important therefore that you take care of your mind as well as your body and to get further support if you need it.

Motherdom magazine have created a new survey for parents in the UK, to find out how they're feeling right now. It only takes two minutes to complete and it will enable their team to build a picture of how the coronavirus lockdown is impacting parents' mental health.

The survey is running between 31 March - 7 April. Click here to take part!

For advice for how to look after your mental health during this time, please see the UK government's website.
