Our dedicated Wellbeing Co-ordinator leads therapeutic programmes for parents experiencing mental health difficulties, such as anxiety, stress or depression. This group allows you to be introduced to a safe space to meet other parents, share experiences and feel supported. Wellbeing groups support parents’ emotional wellbeing and mental health through providing relaxation and stress management techniques. Groups are run as a course of 6 sessions (1 a week) and normally have a maximum of 10 participants. Our groups run both in person and online, so you can participate in whichever fits in better for you.
All groups are facilitated by a trained co-ordinator and include self-care, personal safety, and self-esteem building activities. Places are limited to ensure everyone can join in and connect. All sessions last approximately an hour.
All Groups run for 6 weeks and from 10am to 11am.
