Join our Thurrock peer supporters for an outdoor walk and talk session.

Date: 25th February

Time: 10:00am-12:00pm

Location: Meet at Maple Park Community Centre, St Andrew's Way, Stanford-le-Hope, SS17 0FL (opposite St Clere's School).

Cost: FREE

BOOK YOUR PLACE - FEBRUARY 2025

These free outdoor talk and walk sessions are for both pregnant and new parents. Enjoy some light outdoor exercise whilst meeting other local parents. Walks will last 1 hour and will be followed by a hot drink and a chat.

Those who have never exercised before are particularly welcome so why not give it a go? You might surprise yourself!
