In-person Antenatal Information Sessions for expectant mums
We are supporting local expectant mums to prepare for labour birth and becoming a parent through informal antenatal sessions which are run by our peer supporters Terina, Jamie and Laura. The sessions are free and are a great opportunity to ask questions and share any worries or concerns that you may have. Each session last approx. 1.5 hours.

Just for dads and partners!
3 FREE online workshops for expectant dads and partners delivered by Zoe or Michelle, our experienced antenatal teachers. These will be run using Zoom - an email invitation will be sent to you before each session.
Each workshop lasts 2 hours. Attending all three workshops is highly recommended.

Fit for Mums Antenatal Fitness Sessions
A fun and friendly weekly online exercise group that helps expectant mums to keep healthy.
Running every Thursday for 6 weeks, starting Thursday 19th January 1:00pm- 2:00pm and costing only a £5 donation for the whole 6 weeks!
