These friendly, informal and free online group sessions are open to all pregnant mums living in the Basildon, Billericay, Wickford, Thurrock or Castlepoint areas of Essex. We will be sharing lots of useful information about pregnancy, birth and being a parent. You can also chat with other expectant mums in your area, share any worries or concerns you may have and ask questions.

23rd September: Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleeping, feeding your baby, car seat safety) hosted by Debbie
Thursday dates:
10th September: You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing) hosted by Terina
17th September: Preparing for labour and birth (birth plans, birthing positions, labour bag, managing contractions) hosted by Chantelle
24th September: Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleeping, feeding your baby, car seat safety) hosted by Debbie

You can book onto all 3 sessions or just 1 - please let us know at the time of booking and whether you would like to attend on a Wednesday or Thursday. Could you please also tell us the date your baby is due, your home address postcode and your contact telephone number, we will only use this to contact you about these sessions.
The host will contact you to confirm your booking and provide you with a link and password to join the session. We will also invite you to join a private area to allow you to access chatrooms and view the resources that are shared at these sessions.
