Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness Sessions - Meet other mums. Feel fitter. Have a drink and chat.
Classes run on Tuesdays, 10.30-12.30pm from 12-26th August 2025.
Cost: FREE!
Venue: St Catherine’s Hall, Southend Road, Wickford, SS11 8DZ.
These sessions are suitable when you're pregnant and if you've already had your baby.

Pregnant women need to have had clearance to exercise and those who are Postnatal will need to have had their 6 week check before participating. If you have had a c-section, you can join after 12 weeks.
Exercise sessions will be adapted to suit all fitness levels, so even if you have never exercised before, come along and give it a go! You might surprise yourself!
You can even bring your baby along to the class (suitable for little ones up to 9 months old).
