Classes take place every Wednesday 10.00-11.30 am at Kent View Community Centre, 52 Kent View Road, Vange, Basildon SS16 4LA. Join us on 5th, 12th, 19th February and 12th March (there are no classes on 26th February or 5th March due to staff annual leave).
These sessions are for both pregnant and postnatal women.

Exercise sessions will be adapted to suit all fitness levels, so even if you have never exercised before, come along and give it a go! You might surprise yourself!
Pregnant women need to have had clearance to exercise and those who are Postnatal will need to have had their 6 week check before participating. If you have had a c-section, you can join after 12 weeks.

You can even bring your baby along to the class.
