Just for dads!
3 FREE online workshops for expectant dads who live in the Basildon, Billericay, Wickford, Thurrock or Castlepoint areas of Essex, delivered by Zoe or Michelle, our experienced antenatal teachers.
These will be run on zoom - an invite will be sent to you before each session.
Each workshop lasts 2 hours. Attending all 3 is highly recommended.
Our October dates are:
Thursday 1st October, 7:00pm - Relaxation for you and your partner - this session is for you both
Thursday 8th October, 7.00pm - Labour and birth
Thursday 15th October, 7.00pm - Changes ahead + practical baby care
It is best to participate when your partner is 30+ weeks pregnant.
Early booking is recommended.
