- Learn how to keep your partner relaxed and comfortable through labour and birth (as well as yourself!)
- Prepare for life with a newborn: understand your baby’s needs, safe sleep, soothing your baby, routines
- Strengthen your confidence: we discuss strategies for managing stress, pressure, work-life balance, adjusting to life changes
- Connect with other dads/partners and share your questions, concerns and experiences as you prepare for parenthood
- Receive free resources
These workshops take place online using Zoom - we'll send you an email invite before each session.
