Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System are reviewing Antenatal Education Classes across Mid and South Essex and would like your help. They would love your feedback by completing a short survey to help them understand what's working well, where improvements can be made, and how they can make services more accessible and inclusive for families.
There were about 6,400 births in mid and south Essex between June and December 2024, but only 20% of expectant parents take antenatal education. Because of this low take up they are now reviewing antenatal education classes across the area.
Antenatal education classes refer to the information, support and guidance provided during pregnancy to help prepare for childbirth, parenthood and caring for a newborn.
