Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness Sessions - Meet other mums. Feel fitter. Have a drink and chat.
Every Tuesday 10.30am-12.30pm at St Catherine’s Hall, Southend Road, Wickford, SS11 8DZ.
These sessions are for both pregnant and postnatal women.

Pregnant women need to have had clearance to exercise and those who are Postnatal will need to have had their 6 week check before participating. If you have had a c-section, you can join after 12 weeks.
Exercise sessions will be adapted to suit all fitness levels, so even if you have never exercised before, come along and give it a go! You might surprise yourself!
When you sign up it entitles you to 4 sessions to take weekly. If your baby has an illness or you/baby have an appointment and you have to miss a session, it is still valid for another time. You can bring your baby along to the class.
