We are supporting local expectant mums to prepare for labour birth and becoming a parent through informal antenatal sessions which are run by our peer supporters Sarah, Nicola and Stacey. The sessions are free and are a great opportunity to ask questions and share any worries or concerns that you may have. Each session last approx. 1.5 hours

These sessions run once a week for 3 weeks.

Time: 10th and 17th April 10.30am-12.30pm, 24th April 1.30-2.30pm

Duration: Approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Session 1 You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)

Session 2 Preparing for labour and birth (managing contractions, labour bag, birth positions, expectations)
