Come and learn about all things birth and baby!
We are supporting local expectant mums and birthing people to prepare for labour, birth and becoming a parent through informal antenatal sessions which are run by our peer supporters Sarah, Nicola and Stacey.
The sessions are free and are a great opportunity to ask questions and share any worries or concerns that you may have. Each session last approx. 1.5 hours.
Dads and partners are very welcome to come along too (please book a space for each person attending).
