Come and learn about all things birth and baby!
We are supporting local expectant mums and birthing people to prepare for labour, birth and becoming a parent through informal antenatal sessions which are run by our peer supporters Terina, Jamie and Laura.
The sessions are free and are a great opportunity to ask questions and share any worries or concerns that you may have.
Dads and partners are very welcome to come along too (please book a space for each person attending).
Each session last approx. 1.5 hours.
