We are supporting local expectant mums to prepare for labour, birth and becoming a parent through informal antenatal sessions which are run by our peer supporters Terina and Jamie. The sessions are free and are a great opportunity to ask questions and share any worries or concerns that you may have. Each session last approx. 1.5 hours.
