Mental Wellbeing During and After Pregnancy will benefit new and expectant parents as well as organisations that support them and their volunteers.

Experts in perinatal mental health will present the various types of mental illness that new parents and babies can suffer, how to get the right help, and discuss audience questions.

The conference is primarily geared towards a public audience and is a great opportunity for anyone with an interest or questions around these common mental health issues.

Did you know .....? 

  • Anxiety and depression are just as common in pregnancy as after 
  • 1 in 5 women have some form of mental health problem
  • How to access appropriate professional support

We'll also discuss how fathers can be supportive.
