Exercise sessions are adapted to suit all stages of pregnancy and all fitness levels. Those who have never exercised before are particularly welcome so why not give it a go! You might surprise yourself!

Please read this helpful article from Tommy's, to see under what circumstances you need to be more careful when exercising during pregnancy.

Exercising during pregnancy can lead to:

  • Shorter labour
  • Quicker return to pre-pregnancy weight
  • Improved bladder control
  • Less back pain
  • Improved posture
  • Improved circulation
  • Less risk of pregnancy diabetes
  • Feel good factor!

Sessions are led by Sally Taylor, a fully qualified YMCA Personal Trainer who specialises in pre and postnatal exercise. She has over 10 years’ experience of providing exercise sessions for pregnant women.

For further information phone or text Sally on 07818 091042 or book online
