These sessions are designed to help you to keep healthy after birth and to meet other local parents. They're run by our highly experienced trainer Sally (who is an expert in pregnancy and postnatal fitness, and has years of experience supporting pregnant and new mums), so you know you'll be in safe and knowledgable hands!
Even if you've never exercise before, why not give it a go? You might surprise yourself.
