They're there to offer professional support without judgement or criticism. And because they all live nearby, they know exactly how things work in your area and where to signpost to if you need any extra help or information.

- A relaxed, non-medical setting
- Sessions take place over just three weeks
- A friendly, non-judgemental space where you can ask questions and share any worries you may have
- A free information pack of resources
- The chance to meet other local parents-to-be and make friendships
- The option to join a WhatsApp group run by our peer supporters, who will share extra info and tips
- Invitations to our coffee mornings, Bumps and Babies meet-ups and other local events
What you'll learn about:
