Practice Lead for PPBB Programme

My background is in antenatal education and I’ve been part of the Parents 1st team for over 15 years. In my role as Practice Lead for the PPBB Programme in South and North Essex, I oversee the organisation and delivery of our peer supporter and volunteer programmes. I’m passionate about leading a dedicated team who share a common goal—supporting parents through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

I also facilitate our online antenatal courses for dads and serve as the lead assessor for the CACHE qualification.

Outside of work, I’m married to Sean and a proud mum to Hannah and Harrison. My interests include theatre, tennis, and walking.
