I set up my own Maternal wellbeing group in january 2019 after experiencing Postnatal stress (2nd baby). The sessions focus on peer support and creating a safe space for mothers to get together and share experiences.  The sessions are called Coffee, chill and Spill and run once a week, however, due to current times, everything is online at the moment. I am based in Stockport, cheshire.

 

I am currently on a 12 month contract with HomeStart - Host to support the development of more peer support resources across Greater Manchester.
