Peer Support Worker - Parents 1st UK - Jaywick, Clacton and Tendring.

I joined the Parents 1st Pregnancy Pals and Birth Buddies (PPBB) team in March 2024 and am a Peer Support Worker for the Clacton, Jaywick and Tendring areas.

I support parents in pregnancy and the early months after birth through individualised 1-2-1 support, antental information sessions and parent-meet up groups.

I can be found at outreach sessions in Clacton Maternity Unit, pop up events and at other venues. Parent groups including the Lullaby group where parents meet with musicians from Live Music Now to make a lullaby for their baby, groups at Martello Lounge Parent meet-up in Clacton and East Coast 5 Parent meet-up in Walton and at the antenatal information sessions that I deliver bi-monthly in Clacton.
