I work for Tiny Lives Trust an independant charity who support families who have a baby in the neonatal unit at the RVI in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a level 3 unit and the regional surgical centre for neonates. 

I work with parents and staff to develop and manage projects that will benefit families both on the unit and post discharge. These include runninga programme of parent baby classes and developing peer support for parents.
