Friendly, informal weekly peer meet-up groups with a focus on mental wellbeing and breastfeeding support for local mums and their babies in Crystal Palace Park, London SE19. Bring a picnic rug, relax, re-group and breathe. Attendees can also opt to join our ITAV community on WhatsApp, keeping in touch with new found play-date buddies or accessing a nurturing network of support and evidence based resources on early parenthood.

Support

Groups are held by Emily Harper: local mum, Association of Breastfeeding Mothers trained Mother Supporter, and Mindful Breastfeeding Practioner in training who also has perinatal mental health lived experience. In addition we have ABM qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor Eleanor Campbell volunteering with us most weeks. Come share your feeding highs and lows, build confidence breastfeeding whilst out and about and get signposted to further help where needed.

Lockdown parenting got you down? Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, isolated or downright knackered? ITAV brings simple wellbeing and mindfulness techniques and the sharing of resources to inspire, engage and restore you back to you.
