Partner Peer Support Worker
My name is Iain Ledgerwood, and I am the Partner Peer Support Worker (PPSW) working with the Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) team in Gloucestershire.
My role is to support Dads and non-birthing partners involved in supporting women struggling with their Mental Health during and following pregnancy and birth. I have lived experience of supporting my wife following a difficult birth and subsequent mental health difficulties. I also have experience of co-parenting an infant with significant physical and mental health difficulties
