Hi my name is Claire and I'm a Peer Support Worker in the Thurrock Central area ( Grays, Chafford & Stifford) 

I am a mum of one and have always been passionate about supporting families and making sure everyone feels included. I wish that a service like Parents 1st was around when I become a mum as I feel both me and my husband would have really benifited from the support and the groups that are available now.
