Just for dads and partners!

3 FREE online workshops for expectant dads and non-birthing partners delivered by Zoe or Michelle, our experienced antenatal teachers. These will be run using Zoom - an email invitation will be sent to you before each session.

Workshops run in the evenings, 7-9pm. Attending all three workshops is highly recommended.

  • Session 1 - Relaxation for you and your partner - this session is for you both
  • Session 2 - Labour and birth
  • Session 3 - Changes ahead and practical baby care

It is best to participate when your partner is 30+ weeks pregnant. Early booking is recommended.
