We offer support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children in our local community.
Our service includes one to one home-visiting, emotional support, parenting support (modelling playing, establishing routines, behavioural issues, developing self-esteem) and group services.
We currently have a number of weekly groups running:
Monday - Baby Start Group (for parents with a baby who is not yet independently mobile)
Tuesday - Family Group (by invitation only - for families needing extra support)
Wednesday - Parkeston Stay & Play (open to all families with a child under 5 years)
Thursday - Fun Start (offering indoor and outdoor activities in line with Big Hopes Big Futures)
Friday - Bobbits Hole Outdoor Explorers (outdoor activities for families with a child under 5 years).
Friday - Friday Friends (the focus of this group are the needs of the parent - helping build self-esteem, confidence and resilience. Sessions must be booked)
