Prepare for labour, birth and the early days of parenting with our online 4 week antenatal wellbeing course!

Join us on Fridays 10-11:30am

We’ll focus on emotional challenges and coping strategies during and after pregnancy. Courses run bi-monthly and run for 4 weeks.

During the course we’ll explore:

  • Wellbeing in pregnancy

  • Birthing plans

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Postnatal support

  • Identifying goals and struggles

  • Connecting with others

  • Links into further support

Commitment to all 4 weeks is required
