This group is suitable for parents and babies ages 3 to 9 months.
It is open to all, with priority given to those with mild to moderate depression.
The group is facilitated by Moni Celebi, a parent - infant psychotherapist and Norma Thompson, a highly experienced Early Years Practitioner.
Parents can self refer or be referred by a peer supporter or a professional.
We are asking for contributions but have a few subsidised spaces available.
The group is run online in blocks of five sessions. Parents will need a tablet or laptop and download the zoom app.
The group takes place on Wednesdays 14.00 - 14.30
There will be suggestions for Watch Wait Wonder activities between sessions.
