The workshops will give pregnant and new mums and their partners;
- A chance to connect more with other pregnant and new mums and dads virtually
- A chance to share and learn together in a fun way
- Some tips, knowledge and experience at the start of the parenthood journey
- A safe place to make friends in these unusual times.
Sessions include:
2nd June: Emotional wellbeing
9th June: Physical wellbeing
16th June: Labour games
23rd June: Baby massage
30th June: Prep for parenting
7th July: Stories and play
All sessions will run on Tuesday 11.30am to 1pm.
After these sessions you will be invited to join our private group space on this website so that you can look at any documents and resources that we have shared during these sessions in your own time and use the chatroom to keep in touch with us and others that you have met in the group. Once you have registered for this site we will invite you to join this group.
