Join our free ‘Information sessions for mums: sharing and preparing together’!
We have 3 sessions planned each month and you can book on to all 3 sessions or just 1 – just let us know at time of booking.
- Session 1: You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)
- Session 2: Preparing for labour and birth (birth plans, birthing positions, labour bag, managing contractions)
- Session 3: Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleeping, feeding your baby, car seat safety)
You can also chat with other expectant mums in your area, share any worries or concerns you may have and ask questions.
