I work for a national charity Thrive at Five and lead the first pathfinder  in Stoke on Trent. We are working in areas where outcomes at five are varied and are using collective impact approaches to consider delivering differently and delivering different things to imporve those outcomes. We are developing community champions that act as peer support for parents of chilren 0-5. Glad to be here.
