The Maternal Mental Health Alliance and the Mental Health Foundation have launched some excellent new resources to help meet the mental health needs of young mums. Check out the other resources about the specific barriers young mums face and the impact this has on their mental health. https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/our-work/programmes/programmes-families-children-and-young-people/creating-connections/resources
