B3- Bumps Birth and Belonging is the specialist peer support organisation for African Caribbean and mixed heritage women and families in pregnancy and up to 2 years old in Essex. We provide a mum and baby group from the Thurrock family hubs where you will find great conversation with other mums, pregnancy and parenting support from a cultural perspective, refreshments and further information.
Our groups are every Thursday from one of the Thurrock family hub and ever third wednesday from the Ockendon hub (term time only).
