I am an art therapist and Director of The Collective Arts Group CIC, a non-profit social enterprise committed to enhancing the mental health and well-being of women, families, and communities.
In this capacity, I lead The Creative Wellbeing Project, a 5-week online course tailored to nurture the well-being of expecting mums via a combination of art therapy, positive psychology, and creative activities.
