Join us for outdoor talk and walks and keep healthy during pregnancy and after birth.
Every Tuesday, 1.30-2.30pm. We walk at different locations each week - please see below for details. You can either join us each week or at a particular location once a month.
*Disclaimer* During the winter, this event will only be running on the 4th Tuesday of every month at Coalhouse Fort, Tilbury. From June onwards we'll return to a different venue each week

These outdoor talk and walk sessions are for both pregnant and new parents.
Those who have never exercised before are particularly welcome so why not give it a go? You might surprise yourself!
Enjoy some outdoor exercise whilst meeting other local parents. Walks will last 1 hour and be followed by a visit to the coffee shop afterwards.
VENUES:
- 1st Tuesday of the Month - Belhus Park, Aveley, RM15 4PX. Meet outside Impulse Leisure at 1.30pm.
- 2nd Tuesday of the Month - Chafford Gorges Nature Discovery Park, Drake Road, Chafford Hundred, RM16 6RW. Meet in the car park at 1.30pm.
- 3rd Tuesday in the Month - Coalhouse Fort, East Tilbury, RM18 8QD. Meet in the car park at 1.30pm.
These sessions are designed to help you to keep healthy during pregnancy and after birth and to meet other local parents.
